Store Policies

To ensure that we can offer the best selection at the best price, we ask that you adhere to the following FAQ policies:

  • Items can be held for pickup with a non-refundable deposit of 50% or more.
  • Items not picked up in a timely manner may be resold (customer will be refunded their deposit minus any fees).
  • New items include a manufacturer’s warranty if available — see warranty card for details.
  • All mattress sales are final.
  • Please choose products carefully — there is a 30% fee on returns for in-stock items.
  • Returns on vendor orders are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Service calls are billed at an hourly rate + mileage. There is a $25 minimum (see our delivery options page for more details).
  • Coupons cannot be used with Synchrony financing. Limit 1 per visit. Not valid with other offers.
